Originally founded over twenty years ago, Las Tablas is Chicago's premier Colombian restaurant. Our versatile and award-winning menu has something for all tastes, and our homemade sangria and other Latin cocktails are sure to delight your palate. Our signature house dish is the 'entraña' skirt steak, and was named 'Best Skirt Steak in the U.S.' by national food program 'America's Best Bites'. The Bull Moose is an aspiring, classic Chicago Steakhouse. Housed in what have been second-floor apartments since the 1890s, the space is drenched in coziness with two fireplaces, big tufted booths, a little bar and dim lighting. Executive Chef Johnny Besch proudly dry ages and butchers whole sides of beef in house. All dry aged steaks are large cuts intended to be shared for two, ranging from our 23-oz bone in new york strip, to our beautifully marbled, 26-oz bone in ribeye, to our 32 oz porterhouse. All steaks & chops are served with your choice of soup or salad along with our signature Robouchon potatoes.The beverage program is anchored by classic cocktails and a wine list that leans French, Italian, and value-centric.
