We ordered the Garlic Eggs Benedict and the French Toast, then decided to split them half and half so we could try both. It turned out to be the perfect choice because each dish was outstanding in its own way. The Eggs Benedict was packed with flavour, perfectly cooked, and incredibly satisfying, while the French Toast was deliciously indulgent with just the right balance of sweetness. Paired with our morning drinks, it made for a perfect brunch experience. The food, atmosphere, and overall experience were exceptional. We'll definitely be back and would highly recommend Noir to anyone looking for a fantastic brunch in Hamilton! ☕🍳🍞✨

Victoria’s has become our go-to restaurant for steak, and it never disappoints. The steaks are always expertly seasoned and perfectly cooked. We especially enjoy treating ourselves to the scallop and foie toast or the caviar, both of which are exceptional. The sides deserve just as much praise. The pomme aligot is fantastic, and the carrots with horseradish cream and almonds are delicious. Everything is thoughtfully prepared, beautifully balanced, and seasoned just right. What really makes Victoria’s special, beyond the excellent food, is the staff. They're consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. We enjoyed another wonderful dinner last night and have already booked our company Christmas party here for the second year in a row. We're looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

We were so pleased with our wait staff Vishu. He recommended the black opal wagyu ribeye & it was so tender & flavorful. I enjoyed the king crab dinner which was a great surprise to see on the menu. We all enjoyed the oysters & sushi roll to start. The staff are so accommodating & helpful. We really enjoy this being our local steakhouse
