We went to Red Lobster per my daughter's request for her birthday. I have to say the food was great. Service was incredible. The only problem I had was with the fact that I advised the servers and host that we were celebrating my daughter's birthday and I realized by the end of the meal that Red Lobster doesn't provide any sort of dessert or "celebration" for birthdays, or if they do, nothing for my daughter. I have to say that was disappointing.

It was all you can eat shrimp and I enjoyed all of my meal….

Reservation clerk could use some coaching as to how to address waiting customers - greet all and ask who has a reservation. And thank them for waiting and explain the situation if they are busy. She did not. She seated us at a dirty table and argued with Ayush our server when he decided to clean our table and the littered floor around the table. Ayush was calm and focus in the situation --- had I not been observant I would have missed it. And his service was exceptional!!! Very very well done Ayush and I hope my tip and "thank you" reflected my pleasure in your service. We think Ayush is an excellent example of true customer service. Please reward him as I am sure this is not an isolated service situation because his service excellence is innate!!! Thank you Ayush for making the evening memorable. PS. It was my fiancée's birthday!
