This is a great place to eat. Fab building, lovely helpful staff and, importantly for me, they had a clear gluten free menu with lots of options.

Great little find whilst en route home from the Lakes. Booked on the day for a group of 8, asked to preorder which suited us fine! We arrived an hour early due to us mistiming our activity and journey etc but were able to sit at our table and order drinks this was no issue. Our pre ordered food arrived minutes after our original booking time. This had given us chance to relax and have a drink prior to our meal. All the meals were perfect! Just as ordered! Don’t think we took a breath between bites! We ordered a mix from the menu including Sunday roasts and a children’s meal. All were prefect! Highly recommend, will deffo return if our adventures take us up that way again!

First time here as meeting up from top and bottom of UK. Food was very good and the young lady provided friendly and attentive service. Would recommend this pub for its central location and good quality food 👍

Loved it. Very quiet for a Saturday but the food was perfect. Food choice limited but you can see the menu before booking. My wife had the trout and I had the lamb both were just what we wanted and perfectly cooked. Would highly recommend very peaceful compared to most other restaurants in Keswick.
