My friend and I had a wonderful experience here! Really and truly! The decor put us in a great mood right away, creating the vibe that made us feel like we were in a really cool hotel somewhere. Our server, John, was attentive and friendly but not overbearing. He was just exactly how a server should be, and we really appreciated how he focused on us to enhance our dining experience! The hostess and other staff members were also great, making sure that everything was going well from beginning to end. I ordered the Tallerin Saltado, which I especially enjoyed because I had never tried a Peruvian version of chicken lo mein. It was flavorful and satisfying and definitely distinguished itself from ordinary lo mein. I would definitely want to order that again! My friend ordered the Arroz Chaufa de Pollo, and she found it to be very impressive. She loved the balance of flavors, the tenderness of the chicken, and especially how satisfying it was! For dessert, we shared the Lacuma Mousse, which had some fruits, chocolate, and included some really delicious crumbs as well. This hit the mark for us—we found it to be the perfect way to finish off such an excellent meal! Please convey our thanks to the restaurant for giving us such a delightful dining experience! The Best Sangria. Peruvians know how to make a proper Sangria! Authentic dishes. There seems to be an Asian influence to the menu. Service was great, Bar service was quick and good. My wife especially liked the "Smokey" Sangria with the dry ice holder. A nice touch.

I love Peruvian food, and Pisco Restaurant truly elevates the experience. The food was outstanding, the drinks were delicious, and the service was attentive without ever making us feel rushed to leave. We had a party of four, and each of us ordered different appetizers, main courses, and desserts — every single dish was amazing. It’s rare to find a place where everything across the menu is executed so well. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic flavors, great cocktails, and a relaxing dining experience
