Sixpenny was founded in March 2012 and is named after the Sixpence restaurants that operated in Australia in the late 1800s.     We dined at 6pm, table of 11, on a Saturday and the food service was really quick. It was not noisy and the food was good. Everyone in the group commented how generous the portions were and how well the food was cooked. The presentation of the food was appealing. I have eaten there numerous times now and the food has always been consistent.
