Rumi's Kitchen first opened more than a decade ago in Atlanta, the result of years of development by Chef / Owner Ali Mesghali. Showcasing the flavors of Iran -- fresh herbs, kabobs cooked over an open-fire grill -- quickly won loyal guests at the original location in Sandy Springs, GA and set us on pace to open our first restaurant outside of Georgia in 2020. When you enter our town square — our “Maydān”— we want you to feel a sense of wonder. Forget what you know, and we’ll be there with you for every bite! Let us guide you through the square to a table full of dishes. Spreads, salads, condiments, grilled vegetables, meats, and seafood coming together in unison.     Another wonderful dining experience at Ammoora! This restaurant never disappoints. The staff and service are always impeccable and the food amazing. Whenever we want to have a truly special meal out, Ammoora is our choice! The icing on the cake last night was the manager came and thanked us for our continued support. I am always happy to sing the praises of this incredible restaurant!

    My girlfriend & I enjoyed a Tawle dinner earlier this week - it was a FABULOUS EXPERIENCE all around! We sat at a high top table and watched our DELICIOUS meal being prepared! Our server was WONDERFUL … she was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything to us … AMAZING dinner! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Food was great, but our server Farhad knocked it out of the park. He was attentive, helpful and informative. Best waiter in all of DC!!! Thank you for a memorable experience.

    Great food, loved the lamb tagine and the mezze platter. Good music and atmosphere as well, and the decor was perfect.
