Hudson House is an East Coast-inspired seafood and American restaurant in the Park Village shopping center on East Southlake Boulevard, minutes from Southlake Town Square. The menu centers on fresh-shucked East Coast oysters from a full raw bar, lobster rolls, sushi, the signature cheeseburger with house-made Hudson sauce, chicken parmesan, Hudson's Avocado Dip and weekend brunch, alongside frozen Bellinis and the World's Coldest Martini. A large patio beside the Park Village fountain hosts the weekday 3-6pm happy hour alongside the bar, and a private dining room handles parties and business gatherings. Warm leather booths and an inviting wraparound bar give the room a polished but comfortable neighborhood feel, making it a Southlake destination for business lunches, family dinners, date nights, group celebrations and weekend brunch.
