Established in 1995, located in Eagle-Vail halfway between Vail and Beaver. Featuring authentic northern Italian cuisine, served in an atmosphere reminiscent of little Ilaly. The dress code is casual however the fare is anything but. Featuring dishes such as Pasta Fritta, Insalata Griglia, Petti di Pollo alle Fragole, and Risotto Pescatore.
