Following a very eventful 2020, the restaurant was then awarded its second star in the Michelin guide of 2021.Da Terra is based on the idea of where we come from; our roots. It’s our relationships with the soil, nature, knowledge and people that bring us together.Located inside the landmark Edwardian Town Hall Hotel, the dining room and lounge boast an elegant and contemporary look.Chef Rafael Cagali is of Brazilian and Italian origins, and these influences intertwine in a skilful and playfully crafted menu founded on these countries’ traditions as well as his international experiences.The intricately presented dishes are a symphony of flavours, deeply personal and comforting.
