Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack’s student-run restaurant, located in the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center in downtown Glens Falls. SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant by working all roles in the dining room. In the kitchen, the students learn the art of creating delectable cuisines which are served to the patrons of Seasoned. Seasoned also hosts Collaborative Cuisine dinner series where the college partners with local beverage companies in New York State. Enjoy a four-course pairing menus curated and prepared by SUNY Adirondack Chef Matt Bolton and their Culinary Arts students with informal informational talking points from the chefs and our regional beverage partners.     Our meal was delicious. We both had pork ribeyes that were so juicy and tender. The accompanying dishes just added to the enjoyment of the meal. My husband had the bread pudding for dessert and I had apple cider crème brûlée and both were quite good. Our server, Linda, was very helpful and we enjoyed talking to her. The wait staff was courteous and made sure we were well taken care of. Totally enjoyed our dining experience at the Dorset Inn.

    Adrian was exceptional! The perfect combination of personable professionalism. He took great care of us and even though it was an extended lunch he never made us feel rushed. The truffle fries are always exceptional, this time I tried the butternut squash soup and grilled cheese sandwich, what a fall flavor explosion! Josie's table continues to be one of my favorite restaurant choices in the 518! Fresh, friendly, fabulous service and food, always!
