Tucked into Shop 1/18 Hutchinson Street in Surry Hills, Le Salle Dining by Bar Chaplin is a reservation-only dining room for 12. One Chef, One front of the house, and a weekly changing menu that lets the food do all the talking. -We offer a 7 course menu @ $198 p.p (that changes frequently) or Carte Blanche for $285/ person and $30 min. spend on Beverages p.p. However, there are several dishes for supplements to add on. If you or your guests might have certain dietary requirements, please kindly inform us at least 72hrs prior to your bookings.-We Are fully licenced, no BYO-Cancellation Fee, in the event of no show or cancellations within 72 hours to dining a $158per person according to you booking cancellation fee will apply.

The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. *We are closed 8 to 10 September for TAFE Graduation ceremonies*.Tuesday to Thursday lunch and Wednesday & Thursday dinner.Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $45 or you can select any two courses for $40.     This was one of, if not, the best dinner experience we’ve had in Sydney. We spent our anniversary here and the staff went above and beyond to make it a special experience. The food was amazing, the wine was superb and the staff took care of everything. Thank you!

    Great food options for us picky eaters with strong and different preferences. Hard surfaces make it a bit noisy which was the biggest issue Lovely service and wonderful and accommodating staff.

    One of my favourite city bars. Small and cozy Tigra, is great for chats and nibbles, with tasty tapas plates and a solid wine list, plus you can get the cocktails from the upstairs, supremely funky, cocktail bar, Disco Pantera, delivered down to you! If I'm meeting someone city-side, Tigra is always top of my list as a starter. And you can end the night up in DP.
