NUE takes its name from a 1931 painting by Lê Phổ, the pioneer of Vietnamese modern art and great-great-uncle of our founder, Tuyet Nhi Le. Murals inspired by his dreamlike florals fill our dining rooms at Founders Row in Falls Church, minutes from Tysons.Washingtonian named us one of its 100 Very Best Restaurants in 2025 and 2026. Executive Chef Daniel Le cooks modern Vietnamese food made for sharing: Phở Pâté, Seafood Chả Giò, Bò Kho Pappardelle and our Crispy Whole Fish, with dramatic cocktails like the Fire Dragon. Wren is a vibrant cocktail bar & restaurant at The Watermark Hotel, part of the exciting Capital One Center! Enjoy culinary delights from Executive Chef Yo Matsuzaki and a curated cocktail menu and wine list. Chef encourages patrons to share menu selections in our plush lounge. Our garage entrance (labeled Hotel & Event Parking) is on Capital One Drive North – across from Capital One Headquarters. Drive through gate, up ramp, and park on 4th or 5th floor.
