We visited the Grounds of Alexandria Cafe during the 100 years of Winnie the Pooh celebration so there was a lot of foot traffic and noise level was moderate for what you would expect. We were quickly seated as we had a booking. The staff were very busy but attentive and polite. We came for brunch around 11am. The food was excellent which also included a Winnie the Pooh themed cake and smoothie option. The shake was strawberry, mango and banana flavoured. The banana taste was the dominant flavour but not too strong. The Winnie the pooh cake was to die for. Very soft with the perfect balance of passionfuit, raspberry and honey flavour that melted in your mouth. The most enjoyable experience.

Absolutely love this place always great food and great service. Their classic pancakes are no fuss and so good, the best pancakes in Sydney! Their other food is incredible too. Will be back regularly :D

Precinct 37 was a friendly, quintessential Annandale corner cafe experience with an open fire and lots of natural light. The menu is healthy, delicious with great Ona coffee and wines by the glass. Highly recommended for a relaxed but high quality cafe lunch or breakfast. My table was on the ground floor but when busy, the upstairs area is opened which also has a fire place.

Customer Service was exceptional. All the staff so nice and looked after our group. Food was delicious also.
