Share Dry Aged Wagyu Beef Tartare with smoked oyster and bottarga, Salmon Cru with mandarin and fennel, or Broccoli Caesar with spruce furikake. Indulge in Truffle Fries, Bougie Chicky Nuggies with hot honey and trout roe, Steak Frites with gochujang and peppercorn gravy, or a signature Burger with gruyère and house pickles.Behind the bar, bold cocktails like the Pepperotini Gibson, White Negroni, and Coffee & Cigarettes lead a thoughtful beverage program alongside curated wines and select European beers. Whether fireside for martinis and fries or lingering over late-night ramen and bourbon, Bar Avize offers a warm, transportive escape.
