My mom and I had an excellent time - the hotel is absolutely stunning, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the experience we had at tea was unforgettable! Deepak and JP were graciously attentive. 10/10 recommend!

The food and atmosphere were great! Customer service from Deepak was outstanding! He was polite, friendly and took the time to explain items on the menu for our birthday celebration. We will likely return for another high tea event at the Willard Hotel!
