   Disappointing visit… looked like a casual diner vs. what I remembered. No ambiance, had to ask for silverware. Food delicious Cocktails good…. We had a birthday celebration and they were super to bring a nice treat….. but come to find out we had to pay for it. On top of it, we had a party of six, five adults and a four year old. They put 20% service charge on the bill. As I said, it is not what it used to be.

    The cauliflower appetizer was amazing the rest was just eh. Restaurant was completely empty except us. Bread was hard, almost dry like cracker consistency. Definitely costly for product served on this specific date of service.

    This place is a great value. Really tasty food, nice ambience, attentive manager. But the wait staff, and in particular our server, looked frazzled and over booked. We saw our waiter a total of three times throughout the evening: once to take our order, once to cash us out. He was very pleasant when he was at the table. But dinners out are as much about the service experience as anything … and there really was very little service. That said, we’ll be back. Hoping it was just an “off” night and that maybe they had some call outs so were short-staffed.

    First time coming here. I had the beef and chicken shawarma with vegetables. The Shawarma was great. They had a garlic lemon paste that complimented it perfectly. The vegetables were cooked perfectly. My wife had the lamb shank, wonderful flavor. I also ordered the zatar fries with the harissa aioli, just because I wanted.

    My wife and are from Nashville, a great food scene, and truly loved Byblos. Started with the Hummus and Falafel. She opted for the filet and I had the lamb chops. Very fresh and flavorful. Atmosphere was great and kept a contemporary but Mediterranean vibe. We sat outside and the music was a bit loud, but it was New Year’s Eve so no big deal. Definitely a repeat visit.

    What a fantastic atmosphere! Very European. The music is loud but that's the style. Has a lovely bar. Belly dances do dances and the manager is always coming around getting you into the mood to clap and enjoy the atmosphere. Great date and group meet up for food and drink. It's a lot of food but you are supposed to eat, talk, drink, dance and do it again throughout the night. Totally recommend this place.

    Under new management it has lost all It’s character and the food overall was tired/ without flavor and nothing was authentically Lebanese.

    Appetizers were babaganoush and humus plates quality was OK but amount on the lower side. The main dishes were Lamb shank like a stew with vegetables very tasty. Lamb/Chicken kebab was very good and tasty. Overall was great food but I gave only 4 stars because for the value was a little expensive. I would recommend to my friends and I would go back.

    Our experience at Byblos was great. So much delicious food to choose from and we enjoyed our server’s recommendation. Our server explained everything well, was mindful to our needs and made our experience a pleasure. We will come back!

    If you like Mediterranean food, this is the place to go… we went last night and ordered the Feast of Lebanon and it was delicious ! It served three people and we didn’t finish it… We’ve been coming here for years and it’s still delicious . I highly recommend it.

    Went to dinner on Saturday night - we sat outside because it was a nice warm night. The restaurant is located on a main road and the outdoor seating is directly on the road noise it quite load. Service was very good even though the drinks were a little slow coming out. Food was very different than what we are used to but still very good and would go back to try it again. We had the lamb chops which was excellent and the rigatoni with shrimp was very good, sauce was very light.

    The food quality is definitely decreased since before the pandemic. I think they need to invest into a better chef that knows exactly how Mediterranean food should be cooked.

    Server was engaged and knowledgeable about this food, food was great, but then when we wanted our check she disappeared. Went to bar to try to pay, and there were servers hanging around chatting. But I guess that is what the staff shortage is doing.

    Lamb shank was fantastic per usual. My co-worker’s kafta was over cooked with no flavor profile. They were more like mini burnt hamburger patties, instead of the usual savory minced meat patties that we were hoping to enjoy. However, he filled-up on the delicious hummus and seafood ceviche and we had a great time with excellent service.

    The management was very accommodating with our reservation. Very willing to change our table depending on the number of guests which was wonderfully appreciated. Byblos was also accessible, the food was excellent and the atmosphere fun yet calm. The belly dancing was a nice and exotic surprise. Will definitely come back.
