   We had the best table right in front of the plating station. We were able to see all the amazing dishes before ordering. Great drinks and wonderful food and amazing service.

   Hello ! We love this place ! Our service was great . We got seated at our reservation time . I got the special , which was grouper , it was great , I just wish the portion was not so small , My hubby got the filet and it was cooked perfectly and his portions were big . The dessert was fantastic and enough for us to share . Our drinks were fantastic and our server was attentive and made some really great suggestions. She was great ! We will be back !

   Always an excellent place for lunch, the oyster salad and cobb salad as well are wonderful and the fish of the day set up and presentation was just over the top.

   Service was great. Sally, our waitress, was perfect. My friend had the grouper special and said it was delicious. I had the fried oysters salad with the poached egg and it was just what I wanted. Can’t wait to go back.

    Our group ordered crab cakes - always good! The Rigatoni special - very tasty, and the grouper special with grits and artichokes - a huge hit! Food is consistently fresh and good on every visit! One of our favorite restaurants!

    One of the best upscale seafood places in town! Beet salad was perfect. Seafood risotto was exquisitely earthy. The blueberry limoncello pound cake was incredible with the right amount of crustiness! Definitely worth the drive across town.

    Let me start with, we will comeback. Just a few suggestions based on our initial experience. We sat at the table right next to the kitchen door and it was a little too tight. My chair got bumped about 15 times, which is expected considering I was sitting in front of the door to the kitchen. But quite honestly, I would personally remove that table completely and just be one table less in the restaurant. It was a too crowded and if we have had four people sitting at our table, the other two chairs that we didn’t use (bc we were a party of 2) would’ve been bumping the other two parties sitting around us. I understand you’re trying to maximize revenue, but one table less would’ve been a better experience for us. And if the intent is not to sit for people there, if the other two chairs are being moved, then I would remove those chairs completely because the other two people at the other two parties constantly kept looking at those chairs because I had to move them so that my legs can fit under the table without kicking the chairs. We had the ravioli and shrimp & grits. The shrimp and grits had a little bit too much lemon flavor to it, and the ravioli wasn’t completely cooked. It was a little undercooked. We also had crab claws, and Caesar salad which were spot on. Love the twist on the Caesar… really good flavors. I was a chef for 8.5 yrs in a former position. Overall, I would definitely come back and likely get both of the dishes again and just ask for those adjustments, but I think that the dishes were not intended to be served the way that they were and the chair/table placement wasn’t ideal for anyone, us or the other parties.     Have not patronized in awhile due to family commitments but is as good as always. Menu is expanded since our last visit. Had seafood bisque and beet salad for starters. Ribeye special and Grouper were our entrées. Strawberry shortcake to complete a wonderful dining experience. Carlos was our waiter and was great. Thank you Bistro V. We will be back again, but sooner!

    We sat at the bar top, the special for the day was a Ribeye. The steak was way over cooked. I ordered it rare and it was medium well. I would have asked to get it fixed but the waitress never came to ask how everything was. I would have felt okay about it being overcooked if it was a cheaper steak but for 60$, I feel as though it should have been cooked closer to my order. The Cheesecake was amazing and my Girlfriends snapper was good.

    My 92 year old mom and I enjoyed a Valentine dinner together. It was quiet, pleasant and good food. Ashley, our hostess, was simply great - very patient with my mom, very accommodating with some special requests and simply very nice. Thanks

    Mom’s 82nd birthday celebration. Everything was delicious and fabulous, as always. From the cocktails and appetizers to the main course, so wonderful. This is our “go to” restaurant for an unbelievably delicious meal, anytime.
