Marne was a great waitress: friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and very attentive. We had several appetizers for dinner. The cheese platter was outstanding, very different types of cheese. Loved the fried green tomatoes! The Shrimp and Brie Puff pastry is a must to try! Don’t forget the She-crab Soup! Overall, a wonderful dining experience!

This was our second time at Berret’s and we will be returning. It’s one of our absolute favorite restaurants in Williamsburg. Savannah, our server was delightful. The entrées are outstanding and pricing is very reasonable for a Restaurant of this caliber. Homemade warm focaccia served prior to meal…..fabulous Desserts are made in house …..just can’t say enough about this wonderful restaurant!

My wife and I have dined here almost every time that we visit Williamsburg and almost always include a dinner here. We found this trip to be a bit of a disapointment as the salmon was dry and the scallops and oysters were not as flavorful as usual.

Great food and great service. We had a wonderful time. The $1 oyster happy hour was amazing. We will definitely be back.
