   Holding my tables for multiple hours and turning people away when there were plenty of tables to sit. Our server from Wisconsin was awesome and the food was good. The front desk just didn’t know what they were doing.

   I treated girlfriend to birthday lunch. The weather was nice. We sat outdoors. Unfortunately the birds are quite aggressive outside and have left their mark all over the chairs. The chairs should be wiped down in the morning prior to patrons visiting. Couldn’t find anybody when I got there for 10 minutes before I was seated. The people we did interact with were nice. The salmon Salad we each had was very good. We could have skipped the desert. I likely won’t be going back.

   Restaurant ambiance was great!!!! Service was just right & food was delicious!!! Definitely have the guacamole & salsa chips as appetizer!! Guacamole is superb!!

    The hostess was very rude and unaccommodating for our whole stay, especially on Easter morning. The other wait staff were nice, but slow. They’re probably understaffed. The food is what you’d expect from a mid-level hotel lobby restaurant.

    We visited while we were staying at the resort. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the evening. The pizza crust was decent for a wood fired pizza but they put too much sauce and cheese so it ended up soggy. Service was slow. This seemed to be a theme for the resort. The other restaurants on site didn’t have enough servers to manage their large restaurants and therefore had very very long waits. We ended up leaving.

    We used to come here a lot for breakfast as it had a nice view of the golf course and was good food. However after today’s visit I will cal before coming. They stopped serving breakfast by the menu and only had a breakfast buffet. This buffet only had scrambled eggs bacon sausage and French toast and a few other side items. And it wasn’t that great either. When I asked why you couldn’t order off the menu anymore they said it was spring break and too many people there and the kitchen couldn’t keep up. The restaurant wasn’t filled up at all so it must be room service being ordered. Very disappointed as it was a great place to have a nice breakfast.

    Love the AZ Grand! Customer service is always top notch! Outdoor seating is so scenic! Wine list is a bit overpriced but the food is lovely!

    This must have been one of the worst dining experiences I've had in Arizona. Terrible steak, Mac and cheese tasted the same as the one you get from the supermarket and microwave, overpriced for the poor food quality. It's convenient if you're staying at the resort (it was my case) but don't fall for it, go somewhere else!

    Service was EXTREMELY slow and menu had been reduced due because it was busy so not all options were available. Even cleaning off table from people before us took a very long time. Food was good once it arrived BUT it would have to be amazing to wait that long again. Sorry.

    Had to go searching for someone to clean the table. Asked for water three times. Sat for 15 minutes or so to place our order. The Buffett of pasta was mushy and the chicken was dry. The French dip was tasty and large in size. Once we finally got the bill it took 30 minutes for waitress to return for it. It was a busy night but the manager should have helped out or they should have called on more staff.

    Heather C. was our server and she was very patient and attentive. She made sure all orders were complete and kept us "hydrated" without being asked. Enjoyed the food and the service. (We sat outside and had to do a bit of musical chairs because the seats did not appear clean.)

    The restaurant was terribly understaffed. We barely saw our waitress. Then our order came out wrong and there was no one around to address the issue. We finally flagged down another server some time later and the matter was addressed. Waited forever for our check to arrive. Once it did, our waitress acknowledged she had a large table inside (we were sitting on the patio) and she comped 1 glass of wine. Have been here several times before and we are unsure if we will return or not.

    Steak was good. They said the pizza was burnt and they needed to remake it so it was quite late (but good on arrival). No discount or free dessert offered for restaurant error on pizza.

    The service staff was extremely nice, but there must not been enough staffing the restaurant. The service was very slow. They did not come back and check to see if we wanted more to drink or check in on us. Getting the check to a very long time and getting the payment receipt back also was slow. The food and view, however, were excellent.

    Terrible food... Just awful. Overpriced as well. The rest of the resort experience was good, service was above average, just terrible dining throughout the entire resort. Price of resort for s conference rate was overpriced as well compared to comps in the area. Would not recommend.

    We asked if we could sit outside or close to outside and they told us no, we didn't specify we wanted that in our reservation. So we are our entire meal inside and watched a literally empty restaurant never fill up the entire time we are and left. What a joke.

    Took a while for any waitstaff to attend to us. Our pizza was not cooked enough and had to be done again. It took over 1 1/2 hours to get through lunch and I was late for the conference I was attending in the hotel.

    Laughable food. We had pizza's one night. A menu feature! Waiter told us they are not good because the pizza's are "doughey". We asked him to ensure they are thin and crispy. They came out thin and the edges were crispy but the other 90% was doughey. Inedible. We also had a bland lunch and several tasteless breakfasts. Staff is nice but can't overcome the underwhelming food. Treat yourself to a cab ride or a short drive to much better food. The steakhouse "Rustler's Rooste" was just plain aweful too so skip it unless your taste buds have stopped functioning.

    Very cool spot with excellent outdoor seating. The bar decor is a bit outdated but lots of great people to enjoy the evening with. Good didn't quite hold up to the great ambiance but would still highly recommend.

    View is nice. Sandwiches were okay but the fries were soggy and greasy. Was hoping for more but will probably try one more tomr because the location and view from the dining room are so nice.

    The online menu that was available to view for Mother' Day was the reason we picked this place; however, when we got there we were told the buffet was being offered. We asked if we could order from the menu and was told yes, and then rudely provided 1 menu for 6 of us. When we asked for more menues, we were brought 2 more and 1 of them was the breakfast menu (portions of which were on the online menu). However, the waiter told us we couldn't order from it. One in our party ordered the steak without butter and egg whites scrambled. This seemed to annoy the waiter. The steak was served in butter.

    Excellent service. Waiter was non intrusive, frequent and timed perfectly so you didn't have a mouth full of food when they asked of everything was alright. Something you don't see very often. It was a special night for me as I proposed to my lady that night. The staff, food and surrondings made it a perfect, perfect night. Top shelf!

    My husband and I went here for Valentine's Day dinner. They had a $52 per person 4 course dinner special. It was phenomenal! The ambiance is terrific, with such a beautiful view. They have a bonfire outside where you can share such a romantic moment with your loved one sipping on a glass of wine. Our server was fantastic! He was very accommodating. The service is excellent! Our food came promptly. The food, of course, is the best part of this very remarkable experience. My husband had kobe beef, and he loved it! I had the grilled ahi tuna and it is probably the best fish I've ever had, very tasty, great texture, cooked perfectly!

    There was no Mothers Day Brunch and no special menu, but a basic Continental Buffett. The normal buffet you would see on a daily basis if you were staying there. The food in the Buffett stayed out too long so the eggs and bacon were dry. Since we ate out on the patio, we think our witress forgot about us and only came to our table twice towards the end of our meal. By then the missing condiments like salt, pepper and sugar along with a second cup of coffee was so far overdue that it wasn't even worth asking for anymore. The only really nice thing was the beautiful view of the golf course.
